At Blissful Elegance Aesthetics and Wellness, we value your time and ours. To 

provide the best service to all clients, please understand the following policies:

Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours) We kindly request you please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, a $50 fee will be applied to the credit card on file.

No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged a $50 fee to the card on file and may result in the loss of the scheduled prepaid treatment. This ensures fairness to our providers and other clients who may have wanted the time slot.

Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the next guest. Depending on the severity of the delay, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation/rescheduling fee may apply. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Payment Policies:

  • Payment is required in full at the time of service. We accept debit/credit cards, cash, or financing options like Affirm/Cherry Payment Plans.

  • Procedures over $1,000 require full payment upfront.

  • For packages payment is required in full before the first session.

  • credit card on file is required for booking; it will only be charged for late cancellations, no-shows, or as agreed.

  • Repeat late cancellations or no-shows will require prepayment for future services.

Pre-Paid Treatments and Packages: All pre-paid treatments and packages must be used within 12 months of purchase. Pre-paid services are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other treatments or products.

Refunds We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, all service sales are final, and refunds are not provided for completed treatments. In the case of pre-paid treatments or packages, unused services may be eligible for credit towards other offerings at the discretion of management.

Consent Forms Prior to any service, all clients must complete and sign a consent form. These forms are essential to ensuring that you fully understand the procedures, potential risks, and aftercare instructions. Consent forms are valid for 1 year and updates may be required as necessary.

Special Circumstances

  • Emergencies  If you must cancel within 48 hours due to an emergency, contact us. Fees may be waived at our discretion.
